  Job Description

  • Optimize and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and performance across the sales team.
  • Serve as the owner of the CRM system, ensuring its effective use and maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Provide support to the sales team by ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to meet their goals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using tools like PowerBI to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and IT, to ensure sales tools and systems are integrated and running smoothly.
  • Train and support the sales team in the use of CRM tools and data-driven strategies.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and help implement strategies to improve sales performance.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations support and process optimization.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM management and a solid understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics)
  • Experience in data analysis with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI or similar business intelligence tools for data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to solve problems with data.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
