The role will collaborate closely with users, vendors, and stakeholders to meet goals.Job Description
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders and align strategies with campus business objectives.
- Responsible for project management and the end to end successful delivery of projects.
- Oversee project tasks including user requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Create and review project documentation to ensure quality and compliance with university guidelines.
- Manage procurement processes, including tender preparation, vendor evaluation, and contract management.
- Build strong relationships with business users and vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
- Lead the project team, ensuring resource optimization and maintaining team morale.
- Maintenance and Support
- Ensure successful application maintenance and support to meet SLAs.
- Conduct systems and data analysis to resolve system issues and improve processes.

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with 8+ years of large scale project and stakeholder management.
- Track record in delivering building and facilities management systems.
- Knowledge with IoT, BI, Smart Building and related technologies is a plus.
- Experience in scrum/agile will be advantageous
- Demonstrated excellent analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex issues.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with management, users, and vendors.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and a proactive team player.

Permanent PositionLooking for a IT Program Manager to take care of a global portfolio.Job Description
- Be the overall driver for the development, planning, managing and tracking of IT projects’ activities.
- Handle project related matters and ensure it complies with the company’s internal policies and guidelines.
- Develop realistic work estimates, financial budgets and timelines. Monitor performance to ensure that financials and staffing for the project are on schedule.
- To ensure timely and cost effective IT solution development and delivery through prudent project and technical management in software development life cycle.
- Plan and manage different parts of the design and build process, and bring the dependencies of the total solution together
- Responsible for ensuring plans prepared by each of the teams are accurate and that the dependencies between all the related teams are thought.
- To review contracts, project procurement request, contractual invoices and make recommendation
- Work closely with off-shore Vendor on project implementation

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent it’s highly desired
- At least 8 years of full end-to-end IT Project Management
- Experience in managing large and complex global projects

- Strong stakeholder management and able to perform independently
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
- Traveling is required
