Product Manager (IT Infrastructure and Services)

Permanent PositionOur client is looking for an experienced IT product manager to oversee their regional digital product portfolio and cross-functional support.Job Description

Collaborate to drive the growth and expansion of products within the regional market to ensure that product portfolio strategies are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Drive digital transformation strategies through Project-to-Product (P2P) initiatives – reshape existing services into product-oriented model(s).

Facilitate transformation of IT infrastructure services into IT infrastructure product offerings utilizing methodologies such as Scrum and Agile.

Formulate brand strategies for the product range – incorporate market penetration strategies and competitive intelligence analysis with timely responses to stakeholders.

Devise and implement new/existing product pipeline strategies, encompassing pre-launch and launch strategies as well as post-launch initiatives, for sustainable growth, product enhancement and innovation.

Develop and manage budgets for products including revenue forecasts, cost projections and expense tracking.

Generate regular financial reports and dashboards to provide financial insights and recommendations to guide product strategies including new product development, expansion and discontinuation.

Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related fields – MBA would be an added advantage.

Ideally at least 5 years of experience in product design, development and management in the IT industry.

Proven track record in successful product delivery including finance and service management.

Solid experience as a product/service owner in defining service description, costing, scoping, etc.

Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g. Agile and Scrum) and product lifecycles.

Permanent PositionOur client, a Global MNC is looking a solution consultant for their E-commerce/Shipping solutions project in a global context.Job Description
- Develop and deploy global customer-facing applications across multiple platforms and systems.
- Identify customer needs to enhance functionality or develop new product features.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate commercial objectives into product development projects.
- Manage business solutions from concept to deployment, ensuring they meet country and customer needs.
- Contribute to product roadmaps, release planning, documentation, and training material development.
- Monitor critical success factors and define support SLA criteria.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement.
Salary Range: SGD 9,000 - 10,500Expires on 05 Oct 2024Requirements
- Self-motivated team player with a degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing/Advertising, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in developing customer-facing technology/eCommerce solutions in the logistics, supply chain and/or shipping industry.
- Project/product management and stakeholder management experience.
- Familiarity with high-volume, mission-critical customer-facing technology/eCommerce solutions and transportation software.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
