  Job Description

  We are seeking a commercially driven Boutique Manager to lead boutique operations, drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience.

  This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team, strengthen client relationships and grow the boutique's commercial performance while upholding the brand's identity and retail standards. For an individual with strong performance and leadership capabilities, there is also potential for longer-term progression into Area Management and broader multi-boutique responsibility.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales targets and overall boutique performance.

  • Build client relationships through CRM, clienteling and VIP engagement.

  • Lead, coach and develop the boutique team.

  • Oversee daily operations, inventory and visual merchandising.

  • Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Analyse KPIs and implement strategies to grow business performance.
