    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Support Manager (Sales) to support our frontline sales teams by streamlining administrative tasks and enhancing overall sales productivity.     Job Description

    Project Management

    • Lead implementation and roll-out of MS Dynamics CRM
    • Coordinate across departments to ensure successful delivery, user adoption, and change management

    Sales Operations & Support

    • Provide day-to-day support to sales teams, including handling ad-hoc quotations, lead management, and customer onboarding activities
    • Enhance sales efficiency by identifying opportunities to simplify and standardize key processes.

    CRM Ownership

    • Serve as the primary owner of the CRM system, ensuring its accuracy, usability, and effectiveness.
    • Conduct regular training for sales teams on CRM usage and ensure timely resolution of system-related queries.

    Workflow Optimization

    • Develop and refine scalable processes that improve sales team productivity and enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Identify recurring process issues and implement solutions to eliminate delays and simplify workflows.

     Performance Tracking & Business Intelligence

    • Analyze key sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making and support strategic planning.
    • Develop and distribute reports to support sales leaders in performance management.

    Team Leadership

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales support professionals to ensure high performance and effective collaboration.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence within the team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Min 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Sales Planning roles.
    • Min 4 years in project management and/or delivered min. 1 full project life cycle for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and commercial workflows.
