Head of Sales

- Develop, implement and execute the overall sales strategy for all segments in in alignment with company goals.
- Set clear performance targets and revenue forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify new business verticals, customer segments, and regional growth opportunities.
- Oversee all sales pipelines, including lead generation, quotation approvals, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Ensure achievement of KPIs in new and repeat sales, invoicing, and collections.
- Drive pricing strategies to ensure sustainable gross profit margins across all product lines
- Manage and mentor a growing team of Sales Managers and Executives.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales capabilities, product knowledge, and customer handling skills.
- Promote a performance-based culture with accountability and recognition mechanisms.
- Ensure timely submission of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Monitor the health of pipelines, market conversion rates, and client feedback metrics.
- Oversee CRM system usage and ensure data integrity and insight-driven planning
- Represent the sales division in management meetings, strategic planning sessions, and cross-departmental initiatives.
- Cultivate high-level relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
- Lead sales participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, roadshows, and digital campaigns

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 8 - 10 years sales experience in Engineering, Industrial, Construction or related sector
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of successful management experience.
- Exposure to hotel infrastructure, HVAC, or water system solutions will be considered an advantage
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and navigate long-cycle sales processes independently.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site visits, client meetings, and industry events.

- At least possess Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - Candidate with NACE 2 qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ sales experience in Construction / Industrial / Paint (protective coating) and/or the related industry.
- Good technical knowledge and understanding on protective coatings, linings, fireproofing and other constructions products.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in oral and written Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Computer literate.
- Must be willing to travel within Malaysia / Singapore / Brunei and sometimes other SEA countries.
