- Foster and Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, doctors, and key partners to ensure effective collaboration and partnerships.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement robust sales strategies targeting the B2B audience, with a specific emphasis on forging pipelines with insurance companies.
- Client Account Management: Manage existing corporate client accounts while actively pursuing new client acquisition opportunities.
- Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute marketing initiatives aimed at creating brand awareness and generating leads across all relevant entities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, including product and competitor assessments, and provide recommendations to refine sales strategies based on insights and feedback.
- Consumer-Centric Approach: Utilize deep consumer understanding to conceptualize and develop solutions that effectively address customer needs.
- Data-Driven Insights: Guide and contribute to the analysis of available data, extracting valuable insights to inform future business decisions.
Salary Range: SGD 6,000 - 8,000Expires on 01 Nov 2023Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in forging and managing insurance partnerships.

This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of the pioneer team in the Singapore Sales division.Job Description
The role will be able to set up good connection with all potential client and offer them whole package service, include but not limited to pre-school offer, post-school offer and other on-going service.
Responsibilities- Meet with prospective clients to build trust and understand families’ needs, and their children abilities and skills.
- Through consultation, testing and interview, follow up with prospective families after initial meetings to convert them into clients
- Prepare their children through academic tuition and skills coaching
- Pre-register and apply for schools
- Organize school tests, interviews and school visits abroad
- Provide / coordinate post-school offer service (with foreign consultants, school contact & visa team)
- Assist with visas and other communications with the school abroad
- Maintain contact with clients post-offer / post- placement for upselling post-placement services and generating referrals
Salary Range: SGD 5,000 - 7,500Expires on 30 Sep 2023Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Strong organization, coordination, communication and the ability to work under pressure;
- 1-2 years related working experience would be an asset;
