- Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of SME, mid-cap, and/or large corporate clients.
- Understand their business models and treasury needs.
- Advise clients on a range of treasury products including FX (spot, forward, options), interest rate swaps, deposits, and yield enhancement structures.
- Provide market insights, trade ideas, and hedging strategies tailored to client needs and market conditions.
- Work with risk and compliance teams to ensure product suitability, regulatory compliance, and credit limit adherence.
- Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of deals.
- Partner with corporate banking relationship managers, product specialists, and trading to deliver a seamless client experience.

This role will oversee the development and execution of project-based sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue growth while ensuring operational excellence across the business unit.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue project-based sales opportunities in the construction, real estate, and interior design sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth and profitability targets.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and specifiers.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and project bidding processes.
Project Management
- Oversee project timelines from proposal to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- Coordinate with sales and installation team and internal departments (logistics, production, procurement) for seamless execution.
- Familiar with supply and install responsibilities and the role of a Nominated Sub Contractor (NSC)

- Experience in managing project operational costs.
Leadership & Strategy
