    Job Description

    • Relationship Management: Investigating opportunities with direct clients and different customer touch points that are available.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with direct clients at all levels.
    • Effective management of the direct portfolio with a focus on capitalizing on business prospects and establishing long-term relationships with them.
    • Strategic marketing - Assist team members in the formulation and planning of marketing strategies and campaigns to make sure a number of key performance indicators are satisfied.

    • In charge of setting the GWP and Underwriting Profit for the Agency Channel
    • Monitoring, tracking, and analysis of agent productivity and retention.
    • Visit intermediaries and engage in networking to strengthen business ties.
    • To plan and conduct training sessions for agents and business partners.
    • Underwrite and offer quotations within the company's underwriting policies and treaty terms, as well as the assigned authorized limits. whenever necessary, to request treaty clearance.
