    Job Description

    • Act as a business partner to develop and provide strategic action plans including but not limited to manpower planning, talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and compensation and benefits
    • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
    • Provide administrative support to immediate supervisor on daily operations and HR reports
    • Assist immediate supervisor to enhance current end to end HR process
    • Conduct internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement
    • Support rewards related projects likes annual compensation exercises
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

    Requirements

    • A degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
    • At least 5 years' HRBP experience in bank sector
    • Good understanding in Hong Kong and China labor law and HR related legislations
    • Proactive and passionate about delivering good quality service with a flexible can-do attitude
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under tight timelines
    • Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
