    About the Role

    As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of digital marketing products—from strategy and design to delivery and optimization. You’ll work cross-functionally with business, design, and engineering teams to shape the product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful adoption. Your leadership will be key in aligning stakeholders, managing resources, and delivering measurable outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and evolve product roadmaps in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
    • Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and impactful user experiences.
    • Drive innovation by leveraging enterprise architecture, industry trends, and partner ecosystems.
    • Manage product delivery, including release planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance.
    • Lead go-to-market strategies and stakeholder communications for product launches.
    • Monitor performance metrics and use data insights to guide continuous improvement.
    • Build strong relationships across departments to align product goals with business objectives.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, co-creation, and iterative development.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure smooth execution.
    • Align with senior leadership on strategy, progress, and risk management.
    • Translate business needs into product features and gather feedback for refinement.
    • Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality delivery of services and platforms.
    • Coordinate with regional and cross-functional teams to support consistency and adoption.
    • Work with compliance, legal, QA, and PMO teams to ensure governance and quality standards.

    Leadership Responsibilities

    • Present product strategy, capabilities, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Guide cross-functional teams with clear direction and effective communication.
    • Manage budgets, timelines, and priorities to ensure successful delivery.
    • Promote innovation and continuous learning through feedback loops and experimentation.
    • Collaborate across departments to ensure long-term product success and adoption.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing technical products end-to-end.
    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Passion for building innovative, user-focused products; adaptable and collaborative mindset.
    • Expertise in product lifecycle management, investment planning, and roadmap creation.

    • Familiarity with GenAI and advanced analytics in marketing contexts.
