    Assistant Vice President – Digital Build - GW/MK

    One of the top life insurance company in Singapore is looking to hire an experienced an Assistant Vice President of Digital Build to increase the product sales and policyholder’s product holdings.

    Job Description

    • Lead and be responsible for customer cross-sell campaign development, execution, fulfilment, performance monitoring, and optimization.
    • Integrating customer cross-sell campaigns into owned assets such as company’s apps, digital collaterals, and targeted marketing communications for an omni-channel approach to engage customers.
    • Create and improve consumer communication assets and touch points for cross-selling, focusing on the best communications and the channel(s) / platform(s) to use.
    • Examine each campaign for possible optimization and performance enhancements.
    • Collaborate with other departments to make improvements to the cross-sell journey and increase sales conversions.
    • Responsible for assessing business and regulatory compliance risks and taking appropriate measures to mitigate them.
    • Keeps up with industry trends in regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and technology in order to better understand risk and protect the company.
    • Highlights any potential concerns/risks and shares best risk management practices in a proactive manner.

    Requirements

    • Degree holder in Marketing preferred or other related disciplines
    • At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and customer cross sell. Experience in the Insurance industry or other financial institutions is a bonus.
    • Have strong business acumen, strong analytical skills, and excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Highlights any potential concerns/risks and shares best risk management practices in a proactive manner.
    • Is goal-oriented and results-oriented, takes initiative, and multitasks well.
    • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment with cross-functional teams while also being a good team player.
    • Able to meticulously plan, organize, execute, and measure campaign performance.
    • Has good understanding of customer segments and experience and has the ability to develop strategic partnerships.
    • Possess strong project management skills and able to work independently under a stressful environment.
    • Able to work with people across all levels including senior stakeholders.
