Manager/Lead – Cyber Security
Singapore
Permanent PositionOur client is seeking a seasoned Manager/Lead – Cyber Security to lead the charge in safeguarding both on-premise and cloud systems against evolving cyber threats. - Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive IT security policies and procedures across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Lead proactive security assessments including vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and secure code reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate closely with IT infrastructure, application development teams, and business stakeholders to deliver expert security consultancy and assurance.
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to cyber security alerts and threat intelligence, driving root cause investigations and deploying effective containment and mitigation strategies.
- Stay ahead of the latest security technologies and threat landscapes by researching and implementing advanced tools such as EDR/XDR, DAM, MDM, MS AIP, VMS, CASB, PAM, IAM, MFA, NAC, and Red Teaming exercises.
Salary Range: SGD 7,000 - 9,000Expires on 02 Dec 2025Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in IT and/or Cyber Security.
- Deep expertise in security standards and frameworks, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27005, MTCS, CSA Security-By-Design (SBD), and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Proven experience securing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365, and SaaS applications. Knowledge of Government IM and PCI-DSS standards is a plus.
- Professional certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, or CHFI will be highly regarded.

Senior Technology Risk Specialist

Permanent PositionOur client is looking for an experienced Senior Technology Risk Specialist to ensure digital solutions and IT assets comply with security policies and regulations by conducting risk assessments, driving compliance and providing expert security advisory.Job Description
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews on new digital solutions, existing systems and third parties to identify risks and recommend mitigation plans.
- Perform compliance checks to ensure controls are effective and aligned with policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain IT security policies, standards and guidelines following business needs, industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver security awareness training programs and provide security advisory for IT projects.
- Lead security projects addressing IT risks and stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes impacting IT governance.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, risk management and compliance.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, PDPA, GDPR and Security by Design.
- Hands-on experience with security tools like RSA Archer (GRC), Tenable (Vulnerability Assessment) and cloud compliance tools such as Azure Defender.
- Technical expertise in operating system security hardening across Windows, Unix and Linux environments.
- Professional certifications would be an added advantage e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSK and CRISC.
