  Job Description

  • Contribute to the business strategy by assisting leaders in identifying, prioritizing, and developing organizational skills, behaviors, structures, and processes.
  • Assist line managers in anticipating and planning talent pipeline needs in alignment with functional or business strategies.
  • Implement relevant training programs for employees and support long-term initiatives that align with strategic goals.
  • Work with business unit leaders to provide development opportunities for employees, ensuring they meet current and future performance expectations.
  • Create and promote feedback systems for employees to continuously improve HR services and processes.
  • Offer expert guidance and coaching to employees as needed.
  • Understand employee perspectives and proactively address their needs and concerns.
  • Analyze and benchmark internal and external trends to refine HR policies and programs.
  • Oversee specific projects as outlined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.

  Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in the HR function
  • A degree in HRM or any related field is preferred
