    Sales Account Manager

    Reporting to the Sales Lead, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth within a designated territory. You will manage existing client accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.

    Job Description

    • Serve as the main contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of customers through regular engagement and in-person meetings.
    • Identify new prospects, convert leads, and expand opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Develop and execute a structured sales plan to meet revenue and shipment targets.
    • Track and report sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics in a timely manner.
    • Monitor account performance, analyze trends, and take proactive actions to drive growth and retention.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on pricing, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and account updates in internal systems.
    • Ensure pricing and commercial terms align with company guidelines and profitability targets.
    • Continuously build product knowledge and market awareness to deliver effective solutions to clients.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline preferred.

    • Strong communication and presentation skills, with good business acumen.
